Richard James “Dick” Pfleging
December 24, 1927 — October 7, 2017
Pfleging, Richard James "Dick" of Saint Peters, Missouri, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Barbara J. Pfleging; cherished son of the late Conrad John and Alice Marie Pfleging; devoted father of Conrad "CJ" Pfleging, Richard "Rick" (Michelle) Pfleging, Kathryn "Kathy" Pfleging, and Robert "Rob" (Donna) Pfleging; loving grandfather of twelve; and treasured great-grandfather of four. Dick is preceded in death by his step-son Curtis, and his two brothers John and Bill.
Dick proudly served his country in the United States Navy, was President of Bank of St. Ann for many years, was former President of the Missouri Bankers Association (MBA) and member of the American Bankers Association (ABA). He kept very active by traveling, golfing, and being a leader for Boyscouts. Dick was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorials may be made to St. Charles Christian Church or Pathways Hospice at the funeral home.
