Johnson, Rhonda, (nee: McAllister) of Lonedell, MO, died on Thursday, February 4, 2016, at the age of 52. Loving life partner of Stanley Johnson; devoted mother of Stephanie (Robert) Shines, and Stuart Taylor; cherished grandmother of Landon, Kayci, Mason, and Jace; dear sister of Michaela (Joe Phaneuf) Conley; beloved step-mother of Sherrisse Johnson, Cassondra Johnson, and Stanley Johnson; and treasured step-grandmother of 11.
Rhonda was born October 18, 1963 to David and Ruth Ann McAllister in Hagerstown, Indiana. She loved butterflies, angels, and animals. She had a passion for her dogs. Rhonda would say, “Now that my children are gone, my dogs are my children.” She was a very hard worker, and had a variety of factory jobs. The job she loved the most was when she was an ironworker. Rhonda was a member of Ironworkers Local 396. It was as an ironworker where she excelled past many people’s expectations, being a woman foreman, widely respected and loved by all.
