Patsy Lee Lay

Patsy Lee Lay (nee Johndrow) of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on Thursday March 8, 2018, at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Robert N. Lay, Sr.; cherished daughter of the late Floyd R. Johndrow, Sr. and Susie B. Johndrow; devoted mother of Susan (the late Bryan) M. Phelps, Robert N. (fiance Susie Jacoby) Lay; and John R. (Amy) Lay, Sr; loving grandmother of seven, treasured great-grandmother of five with one on the way; and great-great grandmother of two; dear sister of Floyd R. Johndrow, Jr. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter Tara Lay. Patsy is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Patsy was dedicated to her family and treasured the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
