Patricia Kleckley

Patricia McManus Kleckley (nee McManus), of Saint Charles, MO, received her heavenly reward on Monday, May 4, 2020 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Daniel A. Kleckley Jr.; cherished daughter of the late Jimmy and Margaret McManus; devoted mother of Barbara D. Kleckley, Daniel A. (Kimberly) Kleckley, III, Juliet L. Kleckley, James M. (Terra) Kleckley; loving grandmother of Eric, Megan, and Rebecka Kleckley and Brandon Derksen.

Patricia was a life member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She graduated from Eau Claire High School in Columbia, SC and attended the University of South Carolina. She was an avid South Carolina Gamecock Fan. Patricia loved attending the Masters Golf Tournament, first attended in 1966. For many years she worked at Famous-Barr and worked for Wilbur Smith and Associates in Columbia South Carolina. Family was dear to Patricia. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Patricia was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Patricia's name to Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke University, Duke Medicine Circle 3624, Durham NC 27710 or the American Heart Association or the charity of one’s choice.
