Patricia J. Fails of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Wallace E. "Ed" Fails, Jr.; cherished daughter of the late Frank and Carrie Miser; devoted mother of Allen (Jody) Fails, David (Debbie) Fails, Charles "Chuck" (Nancy) Fails, and Bruce (J.L.) Roberts; loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Patricia is preceded in death by her five sisters.
Patricia was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a parishioner of King’s Way UMC Springfield, MO. In her free time, she enjoyed playing bridge and bowling. Patricia was deeply loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
