Barnes, Norman G., of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at the age of 77. Loving husband of Jean Ann Barnes (nee Roth); son of the late Ray and Carolyn (nee Honaker) Barnes; step-father of Jonathan (Brandy) Bartelme, Teresa Franklin, and Linda Saklauski; grandfather of Andrew, Elizabeth, Asher, Isaac, and Olivia; brother of Raylene (Donald) Heitman, Lynndel (Zelma) Barnes, Fredrick (Jerry) Barnes, Jerry (the late Phyllis) Barnes, and Sharon (Jim) Fowler; 11 nieces and nephews, and many extended family members.
Norman was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church of O’Fallon. He found joy in caring for his home and lawn, but mostly, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Norman was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
