Adams, Nancy Kay, (nee: Blair), of Saint Charles, MO, died on Sunday, October 16, 2016, at the age of 72. Beloved wife of the late William Joseph Adams; cherished daughter of the late William and Ada Blair; dear friend of George E. Short; loving sister of Lee Blair and Robert (Nellie) Blair; treasured aunt of Faye (Greg) Bennett, Mike Sanders, Judie (Pepè) Apablaza, Kim (Dan) Bell, and Bob Blair. Nancy is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and friends.
Nancy was also preceded in death by her sisters, Esther (Willard) Peters, Ann (Ray) Sanders, and her sister-in-law, Adeline Blair.
The love of Jesus Christ flowed from Nancy and touched many. She retired from the Veteran’s Administration with over 40 years of service. She received numerous awards and recognitions. Nancy enjoyed gardening in her spare time, and especially enjoyed the memories she had of taking vacations out west. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and her beloved cats. Nancy was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
