Mildred J. “Millie” Wofford (nee: Wagoner) of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Wofford; cherished daughter of the late John and Vera Wagoner; devoted mother of Denny (Martha) Wofford, Sherman (Pam) Wofford, Donald Wofford, and Nancy (Paul) Azerolo; loving grandmother Ursula, Jordan, Erinn, Andrea, Beau, Katherine, and Krystle; treasured great-grandmother of Ayden, Lilia, Jackson, Ava, Bella, Nathan, Noah, McKenzie, Kelsey Raye, Dustin, Dillon, Matthew, Mark, Micah, and Julie Mae. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Annie and her siblings, Betty Babinski and Clayton Wagoner.
Millie worked as an event planner for various convention centers in the area. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and a member of the quilt club. In her free time, she enjoyed boating, playing games, and cooking for big crowds. Millie also enjoyed traveling and visited all 48 continental states. She was a terrific grandma who loved her family dearly. She was deeply loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
