Michael D. Benskin

Michael D. Benskin of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018, at the age of 74. Cherished son of the late Marshall and Dorine Benskin; dear brother of Jackie (Paul) Jones, Richard Benskin and Cathy (Gary) Kleeschulte, and the late Mary Jane Jensen (Boschert), Robert Benskin, Stephen Benskin, and James Benskin. Michael is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews, 31 great nieces and nephews, 20 great-great nieces and nephews, and is preceded in death by 3 nephews.

Michael proudly served his country with honor in the National Guard Reserves, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Charles. Michael also had a lifelong career as a meat cutter and belonged to the UFCW Local 88 Union. He had a love for gardening and especially loved tending his flowers and was very dedicated to taking his morning walks. Nothing gave him as much joy however, as spending time with his beloved nieces and nephews. Michael was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
