Michael A. Dunn, of O’Fallon, Missouri, died Monday, July 4, 2016, at the age of 70. Beloved son of the late Oliver and Gladys Dunn; loving husband of Paula M. Dunn; devoted father of Shannon (Matthew) Seger and Shea (Steven) Schneider; cherished grandfather of Sloan Schneider and Kaden Seger; dear brother of Larry (Teresa) Dunn, Mary Ann (Jack) McDale. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Norma and David.
Michael proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He loved fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of Morning Star Church. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorial contributions may be made to Morning Star Church – New Hope Research Center.

So sorry to hear that Mike had been very sick this last year and of his passing. Deepest sympathies to you, Shannon, Shea, and the grandchildren.
Paula, so very sorry to hear of Mike’s passing, he put up a good fight and he ran a good race, but God saw his child struggling and he sent his angle down to bing him to his resting place, where he would suffer no more. I know you will miss Mike but remember that weeping may endure for a night , but joy cometh in the morning, God got you and he will give you srength to go through this difficult time, stay encouraged and put your trust in God. I will keep you and your family in my prayers and know I am here for you if you need a shoulder to lean on.
