March 17, 1944 — April 24, 2017
Mary Kathleen Vogel (nee Moynihan) of O’Fallon, MO, April 24, 2017, at the age of 73. Beloved wife of 49 years to John Lee Vogel. Devoted mother of John P. (Stephanie) Vogel, Jim (Kim) Vogel and Rebecca (Kurtis) Elders. Proud and amazing grandmother of Mac, Megan, Emily, Katelin and Patrick. She was preceded in death by her parents Michael and Beatrice Moynihan and siblings, Margie and Michael.
Mary was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Knights of Columbus, Red Hat Ladies, Champagne/Urbana Jr. Women’s Club and longtime parishioner of Assumption Catholic Church in O’Fallon Missouri. In her spare time, she loved watching/reading murder mysteries, cross stitching, quilting and do just about any kind of crafting. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. Mary was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
