Mary Ann Vick (nee Prinster), of St. Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 76 on Saturday, February 15, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Melbourne Prinster, infant daughter, Ann Marie, and her siblings, Ralph and Donald Prinster.
Mary Ann is survived by her sons Timothy (Geniece) Vick and Andrew (Ashley) Vick, her grandchildren Michael (Rebekah) Vick, Matthew Vick, Miles Vick, Maxwell Vick; and her sister Janet Wilhelm. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. She took great pride in her sons and grandsons.
Mary Ann was born and raised in St. Charles and weighed in at a whopping two pounds at St. Joseph’s Hospital in May of 1943. As tiny as she was, she was a force to be reckoned with. She had tremendous love for her family and friends beyond words.
She was a graduate of Lindenwood University and she taught in Catholic schools including Elizabeth Ann Seton and St. Robert Bellarmine for over 40 years and was dearly loved by her students. She was also a former member of the St. Charles Historical Society for over 10 years. She loved traveling and getting together with her friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
