Marvin John Hatfield of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Marjorie Hatfield; cherished son of Fred and Mary Hatfield; devoted father Coy Chaffin, Monica Allen, Mark (MaryAnn) Hatfield, Debbie (Kevin) O'Brien, Brenda (Andre) Straubhaar, and Brad (Tina) Hatfield; loving grandfather Holly Villalobos, Heidi Reynolds, Tiphany and Mike Morgan, Ross and Marty McCabe, Myles and Brittany Allen, Michael and Jill Hatfield, Mitchell and Kayla Hatfield, Mark Anthony Hatfield, Matthew O'Brien, Maverick O'Brien, Maximilian Straubhaar, Madison Straubhaar, and Jacob Raymond; and treasured great-grandfather of twelve; and survived by sister-in-law Diane Hatfield.
Marvin is preceded in death by his first wife Betty Hatfield, his siblings Jeanette (Jack) Wilson, Selma (George)Brinker, Velma (Leonard) Hoette, Claudine (Jerry) Noel, and Patrick Hatfield, and his granddaughter Heather McCoy.
Memorials may be made to BJC Hospice.
