Marie Patterson

Marie Patterson (nee Ray), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021 at the age of 91. Cherished daughter of the late Chester and Lillie Belle Ray; devoted mother of Lanny (Valerie) Patterson, Karen (Michael) Valloni, Chesta (Mark) Ameel, William (Cathy) Patterson, Doug (Krystal) Patterson and Lili Patterson; loving grandmother of ten and their spouses; treasured great-grandmother of ten plus two on the way; dear sister of the late Betty Jean Mottin.

Marie was a proud member of the Gateway Church, formerly known as St. Peters Weslyn Church. She was a homemaker/caregiver all of her live, and a babysitter for several years, she loved cooking and caring for her family. Marie was a big Cardinals and Blues fan. She loved flowers and gardening and her yard was always beautiful. Marie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Marie's name to American Cancer Society.
