Lucille Gertrude Stoehner

Lucille “Lu” G. Stoehner, (nee: Wilke) of St. Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2019 at the age of 93. Beloved spouse of the late Roland E. Stoehner; cherished daughter of Benjamin and Gertrude Wilke; devoted mother to Lu Ann (The Late Wayne E. ) Lane, Carol Jean (The Late Dennis) Vasquez, the late Randall E. Stoehner, Beth (Jamie) Walker, and Kim (Jim) Lemp; loving grandmother of 7 grandchildren, treasured great-grandmother of 8 great grandchildren; preceded in death by 7 brothers and sisters; beloved aunt, sister-in-law, and friend.

Lu worked as department manager at Goldie’s. She was a member of Daughters of American Revolution. Lu was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, where she was also a quilter. She was a devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She Loved family gatherings and cooking for her family. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren.

Lucille was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
