Louise Virginia Parsons (nee Luffel), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at the age of 99. Loving wife of the late Harry Parson and 1st husband, the late Dr. Norman Claybourn, M.D.; beloved daughter of the late John and Katherine Luffel; devoted mother of Carol Baer, and Marilyn Claybourn; cherished grandmother of Sarah (William) Mayer, Christine (Thomas Walter) Broughton, Michael (Heather) Dolan, and William (Kristin) Dolan; treasured great-grandmother of Ali, Gavin, Logan, Lauren Mimi, Molly, Sean, and Hayden. Louise is preceded in death by her brothers, Donald and George Luffel.
Louise was a graduate of University of Kansas. She loved to play Bridge. Louise was quite strong and known for her impeccable appearance. Louise was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
