Dearest Lois, you were not only my sister in law but also my dear friend. I will miss you so much! You were kind, you had a great sense of humor, you were a loving wife to Jim for 50 years, a great mother to Jeanne and a caring nurse. You were such a classy lady! Hug Dave for me as you join him. I love you, Luce

Just yesterday, I saw the short obit in the newspaper which directed me to this site. Jim and Jeanne, I am so very sorry for your loss. We were friends back in the day, and I will never forget the baseball game we saw together, although I’m afraid I was talking so much that I distracted her. We had some good laughs that evening. I also went with her to my very first Billy Graham Crusade. I guess we did a lot together. She was a wonderful woman. DeAnne Brown
