Lethal Edwin “Lee” Coe Sr.

Lethal Edwin Coe Sr. “Lee” of St. Peters, Missouri, passed Saturday, July 21, 2018, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Rose Marie Coe; cherished son of the late Richard and Zilpha Coe; devoted father of Lethal (Susan) E. Coe Jr., Duane (Laura) Coe, Deborah (the late Lawrence) Giljum and Kevin (Christine) Coe; loving grandfather of ten grandchildren; and treasured great-grandfather of many. Lethal was also preceded in death by his siblings Jason Jerl Coe, Audean Looney, and Juanita Wadley.

Lethal was a member of the Church of Nazarene and proudly served in the United States Marines. His dedicated work ethic extended to more than 37 years with Ford Motor Company and as President of the UAW Retirees of the State of Missouri. He loved to spend his free moments with his grandchildren making cherished memories and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Lethal was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
