candle 7Kathie was a bright spot in our day whenever we were lucky enough to have her visit as our floating Office Administrator in the St. Louis office of Coldwell Banker Gundaker. Kind, always smiling and always willing to take a moment to discuss my current deal or whatever we might talk about. She fed us well, too, with delicious cakes and baked goods. I can’t imagine anything other than her sweet soul going straight to Paradise. We will miss you Kathie; bask in the light.

I was shocked and sad to hear of Kathie’s passing. She was such a kind and wonderful person and so valued here at Coldwell Banker Gundaker. Five years ago Kathie covered for me while I was out on disability fighting cancer. She was so caring and sent me cards and encouraging messages, and continued to inquire about my health for years after. She always had a friendly smile on her face every time I saw her. She will be greatly missed.
