Judy Ann Bliss

Judith Ann Bliss (nee Smith), of O Fallon, MO, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the age of 54. Cherished daughter of Judith and the late Everett; devoted mother of Matthew Goodman and Haley (Edward) Powell; loving grandmother of Payton & Blake Pallardy and one grandson on the way to be named Luke; dear sister of Janet (Mark) Wallace, the late Steven Smith, Larry (Lynnda) Smith, David (Diana) Smith, Curt (DeAnn) Smith, and Kenny (Robyn) Smith; sister-in-law of Kim Smith; Judith is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Judy Ann loved her family dearly, playtime with her grandchildren was something she looked forward to. She enjoyed camping, playing Bingo, and watching football, especially the Indianapolis Colts. Judy Ann was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Judith's name to American Cancer Society.
