John Paul Bieker

December 29, 1924 — March 9, 2017

Bieker, John Paul, of O’Fallon, MO, died on Thursday, March 9, 2017, at the age of 92. Loving husband of 73 years, 5 months, and 21 days to Marie Bieker; beloved son of the late Henry and Hermena Bieker; devoted father of Dennis (Vivian) Bieker, Sharon (Barry) Smith, and Michael (Debra) Bieker; cherished grandfather of 7; treasured great-grandfather of 10, and great-great-grandfather of 9; and also survived by many nieces and nepehws. He is preceded in death by 8 siblings.

John Paul proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII, he then transferred to the United States Air Force and retired a Chief Master Sargent in 1966. John Paul was a member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church for over 50 years, he volunteered at church as well as Meals on Wheels. John Paul enjoyed hunting and fishing, but mostly, he loved being with his family and friends.
