Jeannette Leimkuehler

Jeannette H. Leimkuehler (nee Kohrs), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Leimkuehler; cherished daughter of the late Harry and Edna Kohrs; devoted mother of Debbie (Glenn) Finke; loving grandmother of Adam (Sami Dunman) Finke and Jacob Finke; treasured great-grandmother of Aspen Finke; dear sister of Roy (the late Nancy) Kohrs and the late Ruth Ann (the late Norman) Pickering; aunt, great aunt, and friend to many.

Jeannette was a faithful member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where she served with the Board of Evangelism, was a member of Mother’s Club Alumni, participated in Boar’s Head Festivals, played with Immanuel’s Kitchen Band for many years and enjoyed gathering with her Birthday Club for over 75 years. Jeannette always put others before herself.  This was truly seen in the way she loved and cared for others with her family being her greatest treasure. Jeannette will be remembered for her gentle ways and loving tender heart. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Jeannette's name to Immanuel Lutheran Church - St Charles, Missouri.
