Jeanne B. Singer

Jeanne B. Singer (nee: Balser), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017, at the age of 94. Loving wife of the late John R. Singer; cherished daughter of the late Otto G. and Emily Balser; devoted mother of Susan (John) Carroll, Seth Singer (Sharron Simmons), the late Sandra Singer, the late Scott Singer, and the late Stacey (Maureen) Singer; treasured grandmother of 18; dear great-grandmother of 23; and cherished sister of Douglas (Shirley) Balser. She was also preceded in death by her twin sister, Jacque Balser and her siblings, Pat Balser, Bob Balser, and Marion Shirley Balser.

Jeanne was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and XYZ. In her free time, Jeanne enjoyed watching golf and the St. Louis Cardinals. She was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
