Janice “Jan” Jansen

Janice “Jan” Sue Jansen, 63, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away on December 28, 2018 at her home unexpectedly.
She was born in St. Louis, MO, on March 28, 1955, daughter of the late Troy and Othella Thompson. She is survived by her spouse, Stephen Jansen; two sons, Ronnie Brooks and Terry (Stacie) Brooks; two step-sons, Eric (Cassandra) Jansen, Scott (Briana) Jansen, and one step daughter Crystal (Jeffrey) Becker; and 9 grandchildren Caiden and Emerson Brooks, Hope and Grace Brooks, Cameren, Cole and Nash Jansen and Jocelyn and Jase Becker. She is also survived by six siblings, their spouses, and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Jan loved her family, she was a wonderful mother and grandma especially to those grand babies! She was a wonderful sister and greatly adored by all that knew her.
Jan was an avid scrapbooker and loved taking photos. Every time you saw her she had a camera around catching candid photos. She loved making floral arrangements and crafting.
A funeral service will be held at The Point of Refuge Church 4024 Lower Byrnesmill Road, House Springs, MO 63051.
