Georgia Marcella Sweeten

Georgia Marcella Sweeten (nee Williams), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2020 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Roy Sweeten; cherished daughter of the late Willie Porter and Effie Mae Williams. Devoted mother of Donnie (Brenda) Sweeten, Mark (John) Sweeten, and Regina (Patrick) Roberts; loving grandmother of 13; treasured great-grandmother of 32; cherished great-great grandmother of 3; dear sister of Carol Grider. Georgia is preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia (Late Pete) Senderling, her son, Dink Sweeten, and 8 siblings.
Georgia enjoyed gardening, reading, caring for her bird Shaggy, and spending time with her family. Georgia was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Georgia's name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 all visitations and services will be private. Thank you for your understanding.
