Gary Wayne Melvin of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 at the age of 68.
Cherished son of the late Lee and Dorothy Melvin; loving father of Danielle (Julie) Harshaw; dear brother of the late Michael Melvin and David Melvin.
Gary is also survived by his beloved dog, Mack.
Gary proudly served his country with honor in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and was a member of VFW Post #2866. He is lovingly remembered by his family as a very giving man, who treasured his memories of his years of service to our Country. Gary was a cherished father, father-in-law, and friend to many. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorial contributions may be made in Gary's honor to the Humane Society of Missouri.
