Fred Locke

Fredrick “Fred” A. Locke, III, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Joyce Locke; cherished son of the late Fredrick and Alberta Locke; devoted father of Tina (Patrick) Patterson and Steve Matthew (Amy) McPherson; loving grandfather of five; treasured great-grandfather of three; dear brother of Jackie Hughes, Russell Aldridge, Wannita (Mike) Sease, Edna Faulkner, Gerald Locke, Tommy Locke, Chris Aldridge, the late Bill (Marcell) Locke, the late David Locke, the late Bobby Locke and the late Deedee (Frank) Thomas. Fred is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Fred proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Army. He was a big collector, he would collect Vietnam memorabilia and especially Cardinals baseball memorabilia and baseball cards. Fred loved painting, model cars, writing poems, jokes and pranks and making houses out of popsicle sticks. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. Fred was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
