Waters, Frances Ann (nee Knowles) of Hazelwood, Missouri, passed away on Sunday May 13, 2018, at the age of 79.
Beloved and loving wife of Frank Waters for 60 years. Devoted mother of Karen (Tim) Duggan, and Frank Wayne (Sharon) Waters; loving grandmother of Kevin (Amanda) Duggan, Kelly (Ryan) Hoffmann, Wayne Waters, and Katherine Waters; treasured great-grandmother of Kieran Duggan. Frances is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Anna Knowles and sister Patricia Higgins.
Frances enjoyed travelling on the back of Frank’s Harley Davidson. Playing golf, lunching with friends, and going to the movies. She was a caring, loving, and considerate person who was always happy. Her family were her pride and joy especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed family gatherings and always had Christmas Eve at her house. She will be missed by all who knew her.
