Waters, Frances Ann (nee Knowles) of Hazelwood, Missouri, passed away on Sunday May 13, 2018, at the age of 79.

Beloved and loving wife of Frank Waters for 60 years.  Devoted mother of Karen (Tim) Duggan, and Frank Wayne (Sharon) Waters; loving grandmother of Kevin (Amanda) Duggan, Kelly (Ryan) Hoffmann, Wayne Waters, and Katherine Waters; treasured great-grandmother of Kieran Duggan. Frances is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Anna Knowles and sister Patricia Higgins.

Frances enjoyed travelling on the back of Frank’s Harley Davidson.  Playing golf, lunching with friends, and going to the movies.  She was a caring, loving, and considerate person who was always happy.  Her family were her pride and joy especially her grandchildren.   She enjoyed family gatherings and always had Christmas Eve at her house.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

    William & Jo Ann Davis,

We are so very sorry to hear of your loss. Bill grew up across the street and has known the family for a lifetime. I (Jo Ann) met Fran when we were engaged. I was honored to have her at my Bridal Shower and our Wedding. We have kept in touch the “Old Fashioned” way through Christmas Cards for 30 years and sometimes we were lucky enough to see her when we were visiting mom “Ann Davis”. She will be missed. We extend our sincere Sympathy to the Family. Love, Bill and Jo Ann.
