Fischer, Evelyn Gertrude (nee DeHas) of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday July 25, 2018, at the age of 94.
Beloved wife of the late Ralph Fischer; cherished daughter of the late Fred and Gertrude DeHas; devoted mother of Karen (Jaime) Hummer, Sue (Jeff) Gaetz, and the late Paula (Frank) Koester; loving grandmother of Christopher (Haydee) Mandernach, Melissa (Mitchell) Lee, Lindsay (Josh) Panis, and Jaime (Franz) Oberlerchner; treasured great-grandmother of Brady, Taylor, Ian, Reagan, Preston, Keegan, and one on the way; dear aunt of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Evelyn is preceded in death by her brothers, Fred DeHas and Robert DeHas, sister Ruth Belfi, and nieces, Kathy Downes and Virginia Belfi.
Evelyn retired from Monsanto. She was a Cardinals Baseball fan. Evelyn is a former member of Atonement Lutheran Church in Florissant and the Living Lord Lutheran Church in Lake St. Louis. Most importantly she loved spending time with her family and taking care of her home. Evelyn was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
