St. Charles, MO, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at the age of 84.
Devoted husband of the late Judy Wells Pellegrin, loving father of Lauren (Frank) Wetter (Pellegrin), Karen Pellegrin, and Becky Padavan (Pellegrin); fater-in-law of Frank Wetter and Chris Frueh, and granddaddy of Justin Wetter, Daniel Wetter, Hilary Padavan, Ethan Wetter, and Kilian Padavan.
He graduated from St. Mary’s High School and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from St. Louis University. Eugene worked in Finance at Emerson Electric, where he met his beloved wife Judy, and ESCO for over 40 years. He enjoyed travelling with his family and following the baseball Cardinals and the St. Louis Blues. He is best known for his incredible quiet generosity and sly sense of humor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
