Palmer, Eugene Ernest “Sam,” of Saint Charles, MO, died on Friday, November 11, 2016, at the age of 94. Survived by two sons Stephen (Laurel) and David (Bonnie), and daughter Nancy; seven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Sam was married to Helena (Wood) for 45 years.
