Elizabeth “Beth” Jaeschke

Elizabeth "Beth" Jaeschke (nee Buescher), age 54, of Hot Springs, died Wednesday, June 21, 2017.
She was born on October 30, 1962 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Harold Buescher and Virginia Chicon Buescher. She was preceded in death by her mother, and grandparents George and Bertha Buescher and John and Josephine Chicon.
Beth was a member of St. Mary of the Springs Catholic Church. She worked for more than 10 years as the food service director at Arkansas School of Math and Science. Beth was a volunteer at CHI, St. Vincent, Hot Springs and also volunteered at First Lutheran Church in Hot Springs.
She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Jaeschke-Jester of Hot Springs; her father and step-mother, Harold and Beverly Buescher of St. Charles, Missouri; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Tom Buescher of St. Charles, Missouri and Brad and Susan Buescher of Jefferson City, Missouri; one niece, Brittany Buescher; three nephews, Brent (Kelly) Buescher, Brian Buescher and Shawn Buescher; and one great-nephew and niece, Beau and Lyla Buescher.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
