Donna Dickason

Donna Dickason (nee Filip), age 84, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017. Cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Frances Lucille Filip; devoted mother of Denise Broeker, Laura (Gary) Sopeth, and Brenda (John) Wilson; loving grandmother of Jennifer (Kevin) Christensen, Rob (Ashlee) Broeker, Beau Broeker, Matthew Sopeth, Joshua Sopeth, Hannah Sopeth, Benjamin Wilson, and Samuel Wilson; treasured great-grandmother of Braden Christensen, Ryder Christensen, Campbell Christensen, and Scarlett Christensen; dear sister of Arlene Durham and the late Richard Filip; and loving sister-in-law of Frances Filip and the late Dick Durham.

Donna loved home decorating and sharing her creativity with others, and it was the perfect talent during her career as a realtor. She collected dishes and restored antique furniture.  Donna was a fabulous cook and enjoyed hosting holidays and gatherings for family and her many friends.  Donna spent much of her time reading, listening to music and watching the St. Louis Cardinals.  She loved to socialize and made rich, lasting friendships.  Above all else, Donna treasured spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Donna was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
