Donald W. Hirschfeld

Donald Wayne Hirschfeld of Saint Peters, MO, passed away at the age of 71 on Sunday, May 9, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Julius and Anita Hirschfeld; and his brothers, Charlie Hirschfeld and Dale Hirschfeld.

Donald is survived by his beloved wife, Helen Angeline Hirschfeld; his children, David (Julie Barnett) Hirschfeld and Jennifer (Darren) Hirschfeld-Collier; his grandchildren, Bryce and Skye Collier; his sister, Elaine Hirschfeld; and his sister-in-law, Carol Hirschfeld.

Donald was a veteran of the US Armed Forces and was involved with American Legion Post 313 and Amvets Post MO-0106. He was a fan of watching St. Louis Blues hockey and was a classic car enthusiast. Whenever he could, Donald liked to go camping and appreciate the outdoors with his loved ones. He also spent plenty of time on YouTube watching videos which interested him. Above everything, Donald loved spending time with his family – especially his precious grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
