Dennis A. Miller

Dennis Allen Miller, of Defiance, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at the age of 80 surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his late parents Ruby and Francis Miller.

Dennis is survived by his lifelong sweetheart and wife of 60 years, Joyce Miller (nee Bangert). Beloved brother Donald F. Miller. Devoted father of Pamela Bourda, Jeri (John) Keck, and Bret (Natalie) Miller. Loving grandfather of Ashlee Wright, Alyson Campbell, Brittany (Daniel) Waller, Zachary (Miranda) Ferguson, Chris Keck, Amie Keck, Alexis (Avery) Griggs, and Rylie Miller. Cherished great-grandfather of Addyson Wright, Austyn Peterson, Alan Lewis, Sylas Dunman, Briella Waller, and Micah Ferguson. He was uncle, brother-in-law, and great friend to many.

Dennis was a devoted husband and loving family man.  He was an avid golfer, bowler, and world traveler.  He loved watching sports, spending time with his family and friends, and working in his yard.  Dennis was an accomplished businessman.  He owned and operated Industrial Sheet Metal Erectors, Inc. for 40-years and was an active member of the local and national Sheet Metal Air Conditioning National Association (SMACNA) organization and loved giving back to many charitable organizations.

Dennis’ levity surpassed all. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
