Delores M. Hamilton

November 5, 1937 — January 22, 2020

Delores Margaret Hamilton, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at the age of 82.  Loving wife of the late Lyle Hamilton; beloved daughter of the late Roy and Gertrude Keeny; dear mother of Donna Short, Tom Millfelt, and Tammy Whitaker Livingston; cherished grandmother and great grandmother; dearest sister of Mary (Gary) Smith; dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many.  Delores was also preceded in death by her infant daughter, Julie Millfelt, son, Roy Whitaker, and two sisters, Shirley (Charles) Myler and Martha Crow.

Delores loved animals and was the best thrift store shopper.  She liked to do crafts, crocheting, making wreaths, and collecting angels.  She was a lady of all trades, she could do it all from carpentry, electrical, to plumbing.  If you needed a tool, she had it.  Delores liked to refurbish computers and would make computers for family.  She liked to go fishing and boating with her husband, family, and friends.

Delores was a part of the Senior Home ministry at Grace Baptist Church, and was a great prayer warrior.  She loved her grandchildren dearly.  She was a loving and sweet lady, very generous and thoughtful, and enjoyed doing for others; she would give you the shirt off her back.  Delores was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Delores's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
