Debbie L. Misuraca

October 30, 1958 — May 17, 2018

Debbie L. Misuraca (nee Hefley), of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, May 17th, 2018, at the age of 59.  Loving wife of 36 years to John Misuraca, Sr.; beloved daughter of the late Ronald L. and Catherine Hefley; devoted mother of John (Debra) Misuraca, Jr., Nick (Kristen) Misuraca, and Jimmy (Nichole) Misuraca; cherished grandmother of Izzy Miller, Ramona Misuraca, Dominic Misuraca, Mara Misuraca, and Josephine Misuraca; and dear sister of Ronald (Debbie) Hefley, Greg (Jane) Hefley, Cathy (Tony) Garofalo, Patrick Hefley, Theresa (Tom) Atkins, Mary Hefley, Carol (Lloyd) Bush, Robert Hefley, and Glen Hefley.  She is also survived by her beloved Dachshund Brownie, and her cats, Peaches, Cream, and Pasta.

Debbie was also preceded in death by her niece, Tonya Atkins, her nephew, Matthew Hefley, and her beloved Beagle, Buggs.

Debbie loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing, float trips, and boating at the river house. She had a passion for travel, and embracing new experiences with her husband by her side. The love that burst from her seams for her family was undeniable, and even more so when she became a grandmother. We will forever miss her whistles from the kitchen; the way she snuggled her grandchildren and lovingly gazed at them as she softly sang. She will be remembered for her unconditional love, infectious laugh and sense of humor, beautiful spirit, and devotion to her family. She will forever live in each life that she touched.

Memorial contributions may to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Autism Speaks.
