David “Dave” J. Boedeker

November 18, 1947 — June 2, 2019

David “Dave” J. Boedeker of Saint Peters, MO, passed away at the age of 71 on Sunday, June 2, 2019. Son of the late Dorothy and Virgil Boedeker. He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Boedeker and his brothers, Frank Boedeker and Richard Boedeker.

Dave is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen Boedeker of 51 years; his children, David Boedeker and Amy (Kraig) Stiles; and his grandchildren, Evan, Luke, and Noah.

Dave enjoyed a thirty-year career at the Ford Motor Company where he worked as a forklift operator and belonged to the United Auto Workers. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed the time he spent hunting and fishing. Dave always kept up with current events and loved to follow and talk politics. He always wanted to make a positive difference in his community and was active in working with the Aldermen of St. Peters. Dave’s family will always remember him as a loving husband, father and grandfather who loved spending time with them. He will be dearly missed by all of his friends and family.
