Darline D. Schroeter

Schroeter, Darline D (nee: Burgdorf) of Saint Charles, MO, died on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at the age of 75. Beloved wife of 50 years to the late George C. Schroeter; cherished daughter of the late Wilbert and Darline Burgdorf; devoted mother of Eric (Anita) Schroeter, Jeffrey (Leigh) Schroeter, and the late Gregory L. Schroeter; loving grandmother of Simon and Gregory Schroeter; dear sister of Richard (Chris) Burgdorf, Linda (Glenn) Hoechst, Bonnie (John) Stegman, Charlene Powell, and Paul (Ann) Burgdorf; and loving Aunt, Cousin, and Friend to many.

Darline was a lifelong educator and mentor. She worked for 20 years in the Public School System and 20 years at Lindenwood University educating the next generation of teachers. She was a member of All Saints Parish, Lector, and Communion Minister. Darline dedicated her life to child education and care. In her spare time she loved reading, needlework, and crocheting. She was deeply loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
