Daniel J. O’Leary

O'Leary, Daniel J., of O Fallon, MO, died on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at the age of 61. Loving husband of 37 years to Deborah O'Leary; beloved son of the late Robert J. and Miriam J. O'Leary; devoted father of Ryan J. (Korey) O'Leary and Christopher J. O'Leary; cherished grandfather of Kaitlin M. O'Leary and Shayne A. O'Leary; dear brother of Michael J. O'Leary, Diane M. (Fred) Beeler, and Dennis P. (Karen) O'Leary. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

Daniel worked for the Laclede Gas company for 33 years, and was shop steward and past President of Gas Workers Local 5-6. In his spare time, he loved to play golf. Daniel loved dogs and animals, but most of all he loved to spend time with his granddaughters and family. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him, especially by his faithful companion Fletcher, his beloved dog.
