Dan Gordon Moore, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019 at the age of 71.

Beloved husband of Phyllis Ann Moore; cherished son of the late Don G. (Sally) and Beverly Moore; devoted father of Melissa Lovell, Jason (Carrie) Moore, Doug Moore; loving grandfather of James Lovell, Darien Moore, Lillian Lovell, Danielle Lovell, Emerson Moore, Garrett Moore, Kendall Drachnik, William Drachnik. Dan is also survived by step-children Amanda (Chris) Drachnik and Jacob Powers; step-siblings Debbie (Mark) Crane and Zara Kramer.

Dan is preceded in death by 1 brother and 1 sister.

Dan proudly and honorably served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Element Church, the Usher server team, and Bad Boyz Prison Ministry. Dan was a manager at EquiFax for 19 years. He enjoyed golfing, camping, and bicycling.

Dan was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

    It was an honor to have served with Dan on the usher team at Element. He had an amazing attitude in spite of battling physical challenges. He never spoke a negative word. He put all that aside and just wanted to serve people!

    I was honored to serve with Dan on the usher team at Element Church!! Dan was always positive and had great attitude in spite of some health issues he had!! My wife and I truly loved Dan and it was always a pleasure to see him when we showed up at church!! He always hugged us both!!?We are deeply saddened by his passing but I assure you Phyllis, this is not the end but the beginning of Dan’s new chapter in eternal life!! As believers, we shall all rejoice together again in Glory!! Our condolences and heartfelt prayers to you Phyllis and your family!!

He was a funny sensitive guy who lived life to the fullest and now he has gained his wings. I will never forget him and his kindness towards me (and my endless questions).
