Charlotte Rose Rigsby, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at the age of 85. Loving wife of the late Eugene Rigsby; beloved daughter of the late Robert and Ethel Crounk; devoted mother of Janet Hulseberg, Judy (Frank) Oberle, and William (Jo) Rigsby; cherished grandmother of Eric (Stephanie) Hulseberg, Kimberly (Jeremy) Oliver, and Heidi (Kevin) Barrett; treasured great-grandmother of Harper, Hadley, Anthony Owen, Maggie, and Olivia; dear sister of Dorothy McNeill, Beverly Maes, and Bonnie Piccione. Charlotte was also preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Crounk; sister, Wanza Crounk, and son-in-law, Ric Hulseberg.
Charlotte was active in VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was a dedicated and proud army wife to her dear late husband, Eugene, of 47 years. Charlotte worked in retail at Mason's, Famous-Barr, and Kohl’s. She enjoyed, gardening, needle work, and loved working on craft projects. Charlotte was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
