Charles R. Steinmeyer

Charles R. Steinmeyer, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Jeaneane L. Steinmeyer; cherished son of the late Edwin A. and Ethyl Steinmeyer; devoted father of Steven E. Steinmeyer and Brian C. Steinmeyer; loving grandfather of Lauren N. Steinmeyer; and dear brother of Adelia "Tootsie" Azar, Rose Leffingwell, David Steinmeyer, Marvin (Donna) Steinmeyer, Michael (Dawn) Steinmeyer, the late Edwin "Buzzy" Steinmeyer, and the late Robert Steinmeyer. He was also a loving uncle, cousin, brother-in-law, and friend to many.

Charles was a kind man who always loved unconditionally. In his free time, he greatly enjoyed playing golf, thinking about golf, and talking about golf. Some of his greatest joys were his weekly golf excursions to his favorite courses with his sons. He also went on annual golf trips to the Mississippi Gulf Coast to enjoy good times, laughter, and family bonding. Charles also liked to attend weekly estate sales, and liked to support the local casinos. Charles was deeply loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
