Charles L. Rodgers

Rodgers, Charles L., of St. Charles, MO, died on Monday, April 24, 2017, at the age of 88; Loving husband of over 71 years to Anne M. Rodgers; beloved son of the late Vidico and Lera Rodgers; devoted father of Charles Eddie (Elizabeth) Rodgers, Louis Michael (Christine) Rodgers, Cynthia (Gary) Wahle, Robin (Mike) Welker, Mark L. (Becky) Rodgers, and Jill Anne Cooper; cherished grandfather of 16; treasured great-grandfather of 22; dear great-great grandfather of two. He is preceded in death by his sons, Kenneth Rodgers and David Rodgers and his siblings, Malcom Rodgers, Harold Rodgers, Beatrice Houston, and Hattie McGraw.

Charles was a union organizer for UFCW and worker father of the year in 1965. He was a member of First Baptist Church of St. Charles. Charles enjoyed golfing and was an avid gardener. Mostly, Charles loved being with his family and friends, he will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
