Cecil D. Gideon

Cecil D. Gideon, age 96, of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away April 19, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Virginia G. Gideon; cherished son of the late Cecil M. and Lavena Gideon; devoted father of Jill George and husband Tony; loving grandfather of Christopher and Gregory George; and dear uncle of Julie Griffith.
Cecil served his country in the United States Navy during World War II. He graduated high school from Ritenour Consolidated School District in 1939. Cecil was a member of the American Legion Post 313 Old Towne. He was deeply loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
