Caroline Mae Bright

Bright, Caroline Mae (nee: Abernathy) of O Fallon, Missouri, passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 at the age of 72. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lavern and Frances Elizabeth Abernathy.

Caroline is the loving wife of Ronald Bright; devoted mother of Nicole (Jim Vertrees) Bright and Jason (Kathleen) Bright; cherished grandmother of Shelby Bright, Bailey Brewer, Jason Bright, II, Keith (Megan) Kuetemann, Nicholas (Katie) Kuetemann, Paige Sherman, Jace Barton,  Daylon Harvell, and Ethan Harvell; and dear sister of Harvey Abernathy; and sister-in-law of Mary Margaret Bright. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.

Caroline will be remembered for her friendly and outgoing personality. She never met a stranger and made new friends wherever she went. Her bright and humorous spirit could light up a room. She was deeply loved and will be missed greatly by all who knew her.




There will be a Memorial Gathering for Caroline Bright from 5-9 pm on Thursday, November 7th, at Piazza Messina, 5535 Highway N, Cottleville, MO 63304.
