Betty Eleanor Ware

April 19, 1933 — January 18, 2019

Betty Eleanor Ware, of Troy, Missouri, went to be with Jesus on January 18, 2019 at the age of 85. Loving wife of 67 years to Richard C. Ware, who preceded her in death; beloved daughter of John R. and  Florence M. (Wakefield) Williamson, devoted mother of Richard C. (Ruth) Ware JR, Brenda M. (Duane) Telle, Deelena B. (David) Brand, cherished grandmother to Duane (Toni) Telle, Richard Telle, Paul (Julie) Telle, Anna (Steve) Hedges, Renee Ware, Isaac (Violet) Grindle, Bryan (Stacy) Brand and Teela Brand and treasured great-grandmother of nine. She was preceded in death by her son Steve R. Ware, her brothers John and Clifford Williamson and great grandsons Matthew Telle and Richard Telle JR.

Betty was born in Portland, Maine and moved to Missouri with her family in 1965. She was a wife, homemaker and a beautiful child of God who lived her faith daily.  She loved her Lord and loved all people. People were always drawn to her sense of humor, quick wit and gentle and kind spirit. She loved hymns and served as a faithful member of her church, First Baptist Church of Harvester, many years. She believed in the Bible, in Jesus as her Savior and His many promises. She knew that Jesus would take her home to be with Him eternally because of that faith in Jesus. Betty was loved dearly and will be greatly missed by all who knew and were touched by her.
