Barbara K. Kachulis (nee: Greenough) of O’Fallon, MO, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017, at the age of 70. Beloved wife of Peter N. Kachulis; cherished daughter of Viola M. Reed and the late Gary K. Reed; devoted mother of Deborah (Charles) Kincaid, Kenneth D. Bare, Jr., and Brenda Smith; loving grandmother of Tasha K. Sommer, Anthony John “AJ” Bare, Crystal N. Bare, Courtney L. Bare, Jacob Renfroe, Jared Renfroe, Jackson Smith, and Emma Smith; treasured great-grandmother of Abbey Signorino, Noah Ratkowski, , Keeghan Bare, Aubree Bare, Justin Faulkerson, and the late Curtis R. Crane Jr.; dear sister of Keith A. (Martha) Greenough, David L. Greenough, the late Kenneth “Wayne” Greenough, the late Dwight L. Greenough, Sr., and the late Cher R. Lange; sister-in-law of Dennis Lange, Linda Greenough, Esther Greenough, Paul (Peggy) Kachulis, and Phillip (Pam) Kachulis, and beloved Aunt, Niece, Cousin, and friend to many.

Barbara was deeply loved, and will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
