Barbara Gamache

Barbara Gamache (nee Drury), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018, at the age of 81. Loving wife of the late Lawrence “Sonny” Gamache, Jr.; beloved daughter of the late Emmett Drury and Dolores Ebert; devoted mother of Steven Gamache, Ann M. (Kenneth) Brooks, Marty Gamache, Larry Gamache, Bob (Pam) Gamache, and Matthew Gamache; cherished grandmother of Sandy, Dean, Michele, David, Kelly, Kyle, Matt, Colin, Dustin, Stephanie, Thomas, Kaileigh, Lauryn, and Bryce; treasured great-grandmother of ten; dear sister of Donald “Ducky” (Joyce) Drury, and Roberta (late Bob) Post; dear sister of Ida Christine (Gerard Johnson) Ebert; and sister-in-law of Carol (Wally) Trost. Barbara is also survived by special family friends George (Momi) Bradley and Albert (Laura) Adade; as well as many nephews, nieces, and other family members. She is preceded in death by her two brothers, Pat Drury & Danny (late Pam) Drury; and two sisters, Kathy "Blondie" (late Harvey) Walsh, Nancy DeMaria and John "Rusty" Ebert; and brother-in-law, Jack Gamache.

Barbara was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church for 35 years. She loved soccer and was a member of the Norco Soccer Club where she was very involved for many years. Barbara retired from Dellwood Rec Center where she was the director for over 17 years. Barbara loved nothing more than spending time with her beloved family and friends. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
