Ann Feldman Freeman, daughter of the late Elroy and DeLite Feldman, departed peacefully for her Heavenly Home on August 15, 2017. Ann was famous for being “The Herb Lady” of St. Charles. She was a Master Gardener, raised, and sold herbs and gave lectures on herbs at the Missouri Botanical Garden. She graduated from Washington University School of Medicine with a degree in Physical Therapy. Ann was a Physical Therapist in area hospitals for over 20 years.
Ann is survived by her husband, Carter B. Freeman and three children, Matt (Ruth), Julie (Howard), Andy (Lisa), and sister, Fay Schopp. She was the proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild who also survive. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Ann and Carter were married 57 wonderful years and traveled worldwide as well and much of the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Alaska.
Ann is sorely missed by all who knew her. God bless her soul.
